The monarchy is paying some of the wedding. But they are not releasing how much. Lets be honest here the biggest cost of this wedding will be security. Quess who is doing it , the london police. where does there money come from, the british taxpayer.
Any cost that the British taxpayer has to incur for this crap needs to be paid for by the queen. This is pure and simple
As a Canadian, I don't really care... I do agree that the royals should be paying for this out of their own pocket, but the British royal family is still beloved by the majority of the English, and to be honest, I think most of them don't actually mind paying for this wedding. So really, it's upto them to decide.
